The sacai x Nike Blazer Low ‘Magma Orange’ updates the retro silhouette with Chitose Abe’s distinctive aesthetic, one that aims to transform the familiar into something that’s unfamiliar. The white leather upper is fortified with overlapping layers of textured rubber seemingly left over from the midsole, along with double-stacked eyestays in white and orange. A matching orange Swoosh is superimposed on a second yellow Swoosh, both of which are oversized and cropped. Exposed foam liners distinguish the low-cut collar and doubled-up tongues. Underfoot, a standard herringbone-traction rubber outsole ties the shoe to its hardwood roots.
